Sleeping Lady or Pilgrim Firs (Leslie)
I haven't been up to date on the planning notes, so I'm not sure these suggestions fit the parameters, but I thought I'd mention them. Both beautiful settings and Deeg, the manager of Pilgrim Firs is a great guy to work with---a music camp I've gone to for years meets there. Sleeping Lady might be too pricey, but maybe they could behind the idea of SF and offer a workable price.
