Story Field Conference Report - Accounting

Accounting

The conference was designed to break even.  The registration fee was set so that as more people who could afford to pay the full fee registered, it would throw off money to supplement the funds from the grant so that low income young people and low income people of color could attend.

TIME

Beyond Tom Atlee, Peggy Holman, we did not track the many hours spent by the convening team before, during and after the salon.  Funded through a grant from the Kellogg Foundation, Tom and Peggy invested approximately 600 hours in planning, outreach, hosting, and reporting on the conference.
